I greet you in the Name of the Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.  

Father needs our help, and we most certainly need His.  If the "milk for babes" diet is not satisfying, I offer you a change---the 'Son's Alternative'---"meat for strong men".   I invite you to the 'practice'.   The only rules, as you know, are in The Gospels:

1.  "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you."

2.  The Father, His Son, and the Holy Spirit rules the "Kingdom of Heaven within you".

3.  "Seek 'first' the Kingdom of Heaven, and His righteousness, and all the rest will be given to you."

4.  "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you."   This is absolute Divine universal LAW today, yesterday, forever.

5.  "Whatever you ask of the Father in my name, if you believe, He will give it to you." and  "Whatever you ask of the Father in my name secretly, if you believe, He will give it to you openly."

6.  "Where two or more are gathered together in my Name, I am there in the midst."

This is the diet---the way---I propose.  The goal, of course, is to establish direct contact---individually, as a family, and as a "church"---with the Heavenly Father, and ask Him, in the Name of His Son Jesus Christ, to send the Holy Spirit "into our midst"; then 'take it and run with it'.  

I tell you truly that the capacity for  this contact exists in all of us.  I tell you flatly, plainly---from personal experience---that anyone or anything that stands between you and the eternal indwelling Heavenly Father within you, is a dead end.  The Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit is the only Living end.  I am living, breathing proof of that TRUTH.   And so are you, aren't you?   If you still have questions, "Inquire within".
